ABOUT
As Gncm, we set out to produce solutions for medical laboratories with Dolphin LIS in 2008. We have added thousands of devices in modern medical laboratories since the day we set out.
We have produced solutions in the medical field in many countries from Bosnia to Azerbaijan, from Libya to Iraq, from Kosovo to Cyprus. We considered many software companies in the industry as our partners instead of seeing them as our competitors. Thus, long-term business partnerships are ensured. We have become the solution partner of the leading HIS companies in the sector.
Our primary goal was the satisfaction of our customers and being accessible to them. This goal brought us together with the pieces we have walked together for 15 years.

DOLPHIN
DOLPHIN LIMS
Dolphin is an advanced Laboratory Information Management System that controls the processes of entering patient records, making test requests, creating sample barcodes, accepting the created samples, transferring test data to medical devices, submitting the resulting tests to technicians and experts for approval, and reporting the results.
Dolphin has the ability to work alone in medical laboratories, as well as serving as an LIMS fully integrated with HIS systems.
Instead of working as a Dolphin LIMS, it provides full support for device integrations to many different HIS and LIMS systems.
Patient and test entries can be made from Dolphin, or much more easily and quickly with supporting modules such as HIS, Web Service and Excel integrations.
It responds clearly to the requests of Quality Management Systems by tracking sample-based time traces through the sampling and sample acceptance steps.
Once the accepted samples are placed in the devices, the requests are automatically transferred to the relevant devices and the resulting tests are transferred to the automatic system. Dolphin has the ability to communicate with thousands of medical devices.
The resulting tests can be repeated or rejected under the control of technicians and experts. With technician and specialist approval levels, it can be decided at what stage patients and doctors who request the results will reach their results.
Dolphin contains many solutions for institutions that want to benefit from its advanced modules.
With the pricing module, end-of-day or end-of-month lists can be obtained by entering patient and institution-based test prices. Patient-based collection information, payment and discount information can be entered, and the remaining balance can be tracked.
Results can be shared in pdf format on a patient and institution basis via the website. External reports and visuals can be added to shared results. (Hemoglobin Electrophoresis, Prisca Trimester, Afp Mom etc.)
Informational messages can be sent via SMS based on patients and institutions. Sample registration, sample acceptance and result approval times can be shared with users and patients.
Dolphin can work integrated with many external laboratories (Ahenk Lab, System Lab, Synova Lab, Reference Lab, Temiz Lab, Patomer, etc.). This module automatically downloads all Dolphine-defined external laboratory tests to the relevant External Laboratory Application and returns with result, unit, reference range and sub-parameter information when approved. Thus, the laboratory's External Laboratory process is completed much faster and in a controlled manner.
Dolphin QC Module records and controls the laboratory's quality control monitoring. Any number of levels, any number of lots and any number of tests can be added for each device. QC results can be tracked and calibration traces can be marked with the 3-level Levey-Jennings Chart. Total efficiency can be monitored with Total Mean, Total SD, Calculated Mean, Calculated SD and CV%.
It supports open source software development by using the Dolphin Firebird database, which runs on the Windows platform in Server - Client architecture, and helps reduce corporate costs.
